Freedom Road Transportation (FRT) is a nonprofit organization seeking to empower people living with a low income with safe and affordable transportation options. One of the key components of FRT is a Volunteer Driver Mileage Reimbursement.
Instead of creating dependency, FRT seeks to educate, motivate, and assist people to strengthen or rebuild their social network, to access needed human and social services, and to continue to live successfully and independently in their communities. FRT operates a user-friendly transportation reimbursement program for Oakland County residents.
